Piano Love

Living-room-23

Being the music person that I am, I couldn’t pass up these beautiful inspiring ideas for decoration with a piano in your home. I have a keyboard (which doesn’t make much of a statement), but I would love to have a piano as a part of the decor in my home! What do you think? Even if you don’t play a lick, it still looks absolutely gorgeous!  Read The Rest

Paint for the Bedroom

Since my husband and I were married, I’ve had a hard time coming up with a good bedroom theme that will be romantic, yet masculine, and something we will both really love and enjoy. I was browsing other blogs and came across an amazing bedroom at Three Men and a Lady. I showed my hubby, and he loved it too! So that is the inspiration for our bedroom. The great thing is I already wanted to go with a grey color scheme and I had a great bedspread picked out at Ikea that will go perfect with this look! I’m really excited about it. Here are the paint chips for the colors we decides on in the bedroom. Three walls are going to be Vintage Grey, one will be Charcoal Smoke, and the yellow (Del Sol) will be for some accent pieces.

Here is a picture of the room that inspired us!

What do you think?? Beautiful, huh!! We’re planning to take on a DIY tufted headboard. It will end up on here at some point. We’ll buying paint sometime this week, so I’ll be getting a few “after” pictures on here soon!
