My sweet husband came home with a craft table for me Friday night! So far my craftiness has either been on the floor or at the glass top kitchen table. But not only did he bring me a table, he allowed me to rearrange his office (with his help, of course) so that I could have a little area to set up and work at! I’m so excited! Now to start fixing it up… I know I’m going to put shelves up, and I want a thread rack… any suggestions that you have found handy for your craft area? I would love to hear about them!
This brilliant idea came from a friend who is helping me and several other ladies make accessories for a Fall bazaar. I know you’ve seen those purses with a huge flower right on the side of them. They’re really cute! Now, you can make your own! Here are some pictures of the one I’ve already made. Scroll down to watch the video tutorial.
What do you think?? I’d love to hear your response!
If you like to sew, want to learn to sew, are an experienced sewer, and you haven’t checked out this website yet… you need to now! Burda Style is amazing! I discovered this website about a year ago when I first got interested in sewing and making things. They offer a little bit of everything on this website, and the coolest thing is it’s set up similar to a social network so that you can create an account and post your own projects as well as look at things that other people have made. Burda Style is a great resource! Go check it out! What are you waiting for?? =)
