Cabbage Salsa
I made and ate this tonight… I should have taken a picture… but I’m going to share the recipe anyway! =)
Cabbage Salsa
1 Head of Cabbage (chopped)
2 Cans of Rotel Tomatoes with Chiles
1 Jalapeno (chopped)
1 Bunch of Cilantro (Chopped)
1/2 of an Onion (Chopped)
Juice of 1 Lime
Mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Grab some chips and have at it!
