When we moved to Seattle from Tennessee, we pretty much sold everything… and whatever we didn’t sell we packed up in storage… in Tennessee… and we still haven’t been able to go back and get it…
Yeah.. so we have been getting a few things here and there to replace what we sold.
We have been in desperate need of nightstands and lamps because there is no lighting in the bedroom… which can make it difficult to see when you kind find that shirt you KNOW you hung in the closet and so on and so forth.
SO, Ryan and I made a trip to Ikea (YAY! We are SO SO happy to live by Ikea now!) and found a couple of great deals! Read The Rest
I should have posted these a LONG LONG time ago… but WOW! I have been busy!
My life has definitely changed tremendously since Ryan and I moved to Seattle at the end of last year. I went from not working and having PLENTY of time to sit at the computer and write blog posts and such, to working constantly, trying to concentrate on finishing up my Bachelor, finding ways to get involved in Seattle, and getting the privilege to participate in loads of other fun things!
HOWEVER…. I definitely want to continue House to Home…. so I am taking time to share some awesome pics of our apartment that we moved into at the beginning of the year.

I am so in love with our new apartment! We have been here for almost 2 months now and I am still extremely happy! So, I spent Tuesday cleaning house, and reorganizing, and all of that fun stuff! My husband and I only have one small dresser that we share, and there is very limited storage in this house. I love books! I also love to read, even though I haven’t read as much since getting married as I did when I was a teenager. I can remember staying up all night just to finish a book.
